When is the Box Office open?
Our Box Office is open from 12-6:30 Monday – Friday and 1-4 on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. The Box Office is also open any night there is a show.
What shows can I buy tickets for at Irving Plaza?
We sell tickets for all Live Nation events held at Irving Plaza, Gramercy Theatre, Roseland Ballroom & Hammerstein Ballroom. A $2- $5 box office fee is applied to each ticket sold at our Box Office.
What forms of payment do you accept at the Box Office?
We Accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express
Is the Box Office the only way to purchase tickets?
Tickets are also available for purchase online at Live Nation or Ticketmaster or over the phone 1.800.745.3000.
Are there assigned seats at Irving Plaza?
Irving Plaza is a General Admission Standing venue unless otherwise noted for a specific show. We have couches throughout the venue if you need to take a break and sit down during the show.
What if I need accessible seating?
Please contact our Box Office at 212.777.6800 to make arrangments for accessible seating.
Is there an age restriction at Irving Plaza?
Irving Plaza is an all ages venue. You must be over 21 & present a valid ID to obtain a wristband in order to drink alcohol. If you are under 16 years old, you MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
How can I find out set times?
Set times are available the day of the show by calling the Concert Hotline 212.777.1224. Keep in mind that all times are subject to change.
Do you have a place to put our coats and bags?
Our Coat Check is available year round. All backpacks must be checked for a fee of $3 into Coat Check.
What is your photo/ video policy?
Point and Shoot cameras are allowed into the venue. Flash photography and cameras with a removable lens need a pass obtained through the band’s management- If you do not have a photo pass we require that your camera is checked for $3 into Coat Check. Audio and video recording are not allowed.
Where should I park?
We recommend Icon Union 16 Parking (110 E 16th St) - If you enter between 5PM and midnight and exit by 4AM - have your parking ticket validated at our Box Office for a discounted rate of $14.00. There is also limited street parking available in the area.
Are food and beverage available inside the venue?
We have a selection of snacks and other light refreshments at the food bar in the lobby, our bars serve a variety of beer, wine, and liquor. You must be over 21 and present a valid photo ID to obtain a wristband in order to drink alcohol. Outside food and beverages are not permitted into the venue.

How do I watch videos on the event detail pages or "Photos & Videos" pages?
To view the artist videos you must install the Adobe Flash plug-in for your web browser. You can download the appropriate Flash installer for your platform here. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install Flash for your browser, then reload the pages with videos you would like to view -- the videos should stream and be viewable now.
How do I listen to the iTunes preview sound clips on the event detail pages?
To listen to the iTunes preview sound clips you need to install Apple Quicktime. If you already have Apple's iTune's software installed, you should be able to listen to the clips by clicking on the song titles.
